Lower Back Exercises & Stretches
The human back is probably one of the most over-worked parts of the body, causing many people to experience pain, both upper and lower as they get older or during atypical physical exertion. Millions of people live with moderate to severe back pain everyday. Busy lives and our tendency to work long hours at a desk, in front of a computer make it difficult to maintain the healthy lifestyle we d like, especially when it comes to back health. Since the back itself is a complex arrangement of nerves, bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons, it's easy to over-stress it and this sort of stress on the back can cause debilitating pain. Many of the causes of back pain can be remedied with simple exercises that target specific muscle regions. You should always consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
