Training With A Personal Trainer

These videos will teach you different techniques for working out under the instruction of a personal trainer. You will see demonstrations of proper form for different free-weight exercises such as the shoulder press, and the bench press. You will also see demonstrations of some great exercises that you can perform using your own body weight for resistance such as the pushup, the sit-up, and the bench dip, as well as stretches to perform before each workout. When starting a new work out program with a personal trainer it is important to select one that you will be compatible with. Did you know that the American Counsel in Exercise and the International Sports Sciences Organization keep databases of accredited personal trainers across the country?

In these videos you will learn tips on selecting a good personal trainer, as well as tips for selecting a good gym to work out at. All these videos will target specific areas of your body to focus on developing that area specifically.
