How To Use A Vibe Disc

The Vibe Disc is a newly developed piece of fitness equipment that is a simple disk with an adjustable tilt that when stood on will spin with the correct twist from the person. It is a great tool for downhill ski conditioning as well as simple core training. It can be used by itself or with other assisting pieces of equipment such as weights, medicine balls or bands. The disc is able to stay level or tilt depending on the setting chosen and spins with the force of the person twisting. Not only is it a great conditioning tool and workout machine but it is fun as well!
