Learn to Play Lacrosse

Lacrosse, a team sport played with teams of ten using netted sticks, was originally played by Native Americans on horseback. Today, the sport is played on foot, team member struggling to project a small rubber ball into their opponent's net. The sport has gained popularity at schools in the United States over the years, and all ages enjoy playing from elementary school on through college.
