Poster Presentation

Individuals in Higher Education often use conferences and meetings to disseminate information. One of the most common means of presenting information is via Poster. The creation of an aesthetically pleasing poster is vital to the learner perception of any poster presentation. However, not all individuals that are conducting these presentations have the technical skills to develop a poster. There are many different computer programs that allow a user to create a poster. One of the most common programs used for poster creation is Microsoft Publisher. Microsoft Publisher is a program that is found on most computers owned by colleges and universities. This course will give a step by step guide that describes how to develop a poster using the basic features in Microsoft Publisher.
